The Timorian story began in 1954, amidst the vibrant energy of Kabul's bazaars. Our founder, Ahmad, started with a humble wooden cart and a singular passion: crafting the perfect Sheeryakh. Hand-churned and perfumed with pure rose water and fragrant cardamom, his ice cream became a symbol of Afghan artistry.
That same relentless dedication to authenticity fueled our growth into a global brand with over 80 locations. Today, we bring that 70-year legacy to Alexandria, Virginia. We don't just serve food — we preserve a culture, one dish at a time.
